Shipping Policy

Standard cut-off time for same day delivery service is 10:00pm EST; all orders and payments for same day delivery service must be received before 10:00pm in order to be eligible for same day deliveries

If an order is placed after 10:00pm, the order will be scheduled for delivery the following day; however, your package may not arrive until the following day if it is out of stock or on a holiday weekend.

The standard delivery window is 7:00pm to 11:00pm EST.
The Astrobear team aims to deliver orders within the specified timeframe. In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent this from being possible, your order may be delayed.
Please meet the driver at the delivery address to retrieve your order. If you are not present and the order has been dropped off, Astrobear is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Astrobear offers Canada-wide shipping

We securely send each order in an air-tight, sealed package marked with "ASTRO". No one will know the contents of your package except you.

Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking and insurance.
Packages typically arrive within 1 - 4 business days depending on the Province however delivery dates may exceed the estimated time due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
A signature is required for all orders over $300 and defaulted to "Do not safe drop" unless you've requested the "safe drop" option. "Do not safe drop" means the parcel will be made available for pickup at the designated post office if no one was available at home during the first attempted delivery. If you request for "Safe Drop" in your order notes, please understand the precautions for this option.
Astrobear is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed. Once the order has left our premises, the purchaser assumes all responsibility. Please reach out directly to the shipping provider to file a claim if your item is lost, stolen, or damaged. Free Expedited Shipping is applied to all orders over $120. You can upgrade to Canada Post XpressPost for $10.00.
Flat Rate Expedited Shipping for orders under $120 is $14.95. Canada Post XpressPost is $24.95.
