Orders

As long as you are 19 or older and live in Canada then you can become a member for free.

Clients who are over the age of 19 and live in Canada are able to purchase through our site.

Opening Hours

Our standard cut-off time is 7:00 p.m. ET MONDAY – SATURDAY. We try our best to deliver ASAP, however, based on number of orders, distance and driver's schedules, there are rare occurrences where the cut off time may be missed. There may also be times where your order is made past cut-off time and we are able deliver your order that same day.

For shipping orders placed on a Friday, our shipping company will not send out until the following Monday.  For long weekends where Canada Post is closed on Friday, cut off on the following MONDAY will be 10 a.m. ET. For long weekends where Canada Post is closed on Monday, cut off on that TUESDAY will be 10 a.m. ET.

Delivery

We offer same day delivery services in Toronto and neighbourhood areas for orders.

We offer same day delivery service for orders below $120, $10 delivery fee is charged. If your order amount is more than $120, same day delivery is free.

The standard cut-off time for same day delivery service is 6:30 p.m. ET. All orders and payments for same day delivery service must be received before 6:30 p.m. If we receive an order and payment after 6:30 p.m. The order will be scheduled for same day delivery on the following day.

The standard delivery time is 7:00 p.m. ET to 10:00 p.m. ET.

The standard delivery time is 7:00 p.m. ET to 10:00 p.m. ET. Our Astro drivers will try to deliver orders as fast as they can. However, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. We request buyer to be present at the delivery address when the driver arrives. If the buyer is not presented at the delivery address, we can drop it at the front door. Please understand AstroBear is not responsible for any lost orders if the customer requested drop off.

Shipping

• All products are packaged with sealed bag. All shipments are sent as “ASTRO”, so it is discrete when you pick it up.
• By default your order is shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
• Free Expedited Shipping is applied to all orders over $120. You can upgrade to Canada Post XpressPost for only $10.00.
• Flat Rate Expedited Shipping for orders under $120 is $14.95. Canada Post XpressPost is $24.95.
• All orders include tracking numbers and has guaranteed shipping.
• Orders over $300 will require a signature unless requested not to in your order notes. For security purposes, orders are defaulted to DO NOT SAFE DROP. This means your order will be sent to your post office if someone is not home or available. You may request for Safe Drop, but please understand the coverage if done so.

We send all our items via Canada Post. Usually take 1-4 business day to arrive. Due to covid-19 related circumstances, parcels might be delay arrive.

Safety

At AstroBear, we take all the necessary precautions and measures to ensure our staff and our members' safety during this special period. We take temperature check for all employees every day. All our facilities , equipments and supplies are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. Our products are handled and stored in a sanitized place with the utmost care.
